Pocono Pristine Properties was created to solve that problem.

Insurance, staffing, and the questions you should be asking
Any commercial cleaning company you’re considering should answer these without hesitating. Here are ours.
Insured
We carry commercial general liability through Utica First Insurance: $1,000,000 per occurrence and a $2,000,000 general aggregate, with a matching $2,000,000 products and completed operations aggregate.
We issue a certificate of insurance naming your organization as certificate holder, and we do it before the first visit rather than after you have asked twice. If your lease or vendor agreement calls for additional insured status or a waiver of subrogation, send us the requirement and we’ll have our agent confirm in writing what the policy allows.
Background-checked cleaners
Our cleaners are background-checked. That matters more in this trade than in most — you are handing someone keys, alarm codes, and unsupervised after-hours access to a building full of your records and your tenants’ property.
Medical practices and child care centers ask about this before anything else. The answer is the same for every account we take.
