Quotes and estimates

Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a price quote. Service descriptions describe what we generally do; they do not define what will be done at your facility.

Actual scope and pricing are established after a walkthrough, in a written service agreement. Where anything on this site conflicts with your signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

Services

Services are provided under the terms of the written service agreement between us. That agreement governs scope, frequency, pricing, scheduling, access, cancellation, and how issues are resolved.

Where a service requires a licensed trade — electrical, plumbing, or regulated waste handling — that work is referred to appropriately licensed providers and is not within our scope.

Concerns about service

If work does not meet the agreed scope, contact us and we will return to address it. Our approach is to correct the problem rather than argue about it. Any remedy, credit, or adjustment beyond that is governed by your service agreement.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but we don’t warrant that every detail is complete or error-free at all times. Service offerings, coverage areas, and details may change.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here modifies the liability terms of a signed service agreement.

Who you are contracting with

Pocono Pristine Properties is a trade name of MPJ Tactical Solutions LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company based in East Stroudsburg. Service agreements, invoices, and certificates of insurance are issued in that entity’s name.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
