The short version
This website is a set of static pages. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics, we do not embed third-party forms, and we do not track you across the internet. The only information we receive is what you deliberately send us through the request form, by email, or by phone — and we use it to respond to you, not for anything else.
What we collect
When you submit the walkthrough request form, we receive the information you enter: your name, business or property name, email address, phone number, property address, facility type, preferred appointment time, and any notes you include.
Alongside that, the form records which of our own links brought you here, if you arrived by one — the campaign or post name from the link you clicked, the page you first landed on, and the website you came from. We use it for one purpose: knowing which of our own marketing is worth continuing. It says nothing about you, it is not combined with anything else, and it is not shared. If you typed our address in directly or found us in search results, there is nothing to record and the fields arrive empty.
When you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
We do not collect information about you from the site itself beyond the standard request logs kept by our hosting provider, which include IP address and browser type and are retained for security and reliability purposes.
How we use it
We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, schedule a walkthrough, prepare a quote, and provide services if you become a client. That’s the entire purpose.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you requested a quote.
Who else sees it
Form submissions pass through the service that delivers them to our inbox, and our email provider carries the notification. Our website host processes the request that delivers these pages to your browser. These providers handle the data on our behalf and under their own security obligations.\n\nWe may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don’t become clients are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of doing business, and then discarded. Client records are kept for the duration of the service relationship and for as long afterward as our tax and business record obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we’ll handle it.
If you’d rather not submit anything through this website at all, calling us works just as well.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and facility operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes to how we handle information will be reflected here before they take effect.
