The core contract

Janitorial & Day Porter Service

The recurring service most facilities need: the same crew, on the same schedule, doing the same thorough job every visit.

This is the work that determines what people think of your business before anyone says a word to them. A clean lobby, a stocked restroom, an office that smells like nothing at all.

We build a scope around how your building actually gets used — traffic patterns, peak days, which rooms take a beating and which barely get touched — and then we execute it consistently. The value isn’t in any single visit. It’s in the fact that you stop thinking about it.

How it runs

A scope in writing

You get a documented task list by area and frequency, so there is never a debate about whether something was in scope.

The same crew

Consistency is the whole product. Your building gets people who know where things are and what you care about.

Schedules that fit your hours

Nightly, weekly, or a frequency built around your operation. After-hours and weekend service available.

One number to call

Issues go straight to the owner, not a ticket queue. Say it once and it gets handled.

Common questions

How often should our office be cleaned?

It depends on headcount and traffic more than square footage. A ten-person office with no walk-in traffic often does fine at two visits a week. A busy retail or medical space with public restrooms usually needs nightly service. We’ll tell you honestly at the walkthrough — including when you’re paying for more frequency than you need.

Do we need to be there while you clean?

No. Most of our accounts are serviced after hours with keys or codes on file, and we can work around alarm systems and access procedures.

What’s a day porter?

A day porter works your building during business hours — restroom checks, lobby resets, spill response, trash in high-traffic areas. Buildings with heavy public traffic often need this in addition to a nightly clean, not instead of it.

Ready for a facility that stays clean?

A walkthrough takes about thirty minutes and costs nothing. You’ll get a written scope and a flat price.
