Pristine Reserve™
Your cleaning provider may fail. Your backup plan shouldn’t.
Most businesses have a cleaning provider. Very few have a cleaning backup plan. Pristine Reserve™ is a continuity program: your facility enrolled in advance, so when something goes wrong you activate a plan instead of starting a search.
The situation
The scramble starts after the problem does
An employee calls off. A cleaner quits without notice. A vendor misses three services in a row. A property changes management and nobody has covered the common areas in a week.
At that point you’re calling around, explaining your building to strangers, and accepting whatever price and whatever timeline you can get — because you need it handled today.
Pristine Reserve™ moves that work to before the failure. Your facility is already documented. Your access procedures are already on file. Your pricing is already agreed. When the call comes, we’re mobilizing instead of quoting.
How it works
Two separate things, priced separately
Being honest about this up front matters more than making it sound simple.
The membership buys readiness
A recurring fee holds your priority status, keeps your facility file current, locks your rates, and reserves access to our crews and temporary coverage. It does not include cleaning hours and does not bank labor.
- Priority over non-members
- Facility documented and on file
- Pre-approved rates, agreed in advance
- Access to reserve crews and temporary coverage
The activation buys the response
When you call us in, that visit is billed separately — labor, mobilization, supplies, equipment, and any after-hours or specialty work. You know all of these rates before you ever activate.
- Activation fee per incident
- Labor billed per worker, per hour
- Supplies, equipment, and travel as used
- Minimum service charge applies
Founding member enrollment is open
We’re launching with six founding facilities and no more. The number isn’t a marketing device — a reserve program only works if the reserve actually exists, and we won’t sell response capacity we can’t staff.
Founding members get a reduced rate held through their first term, onboarding waived with annual prepayment, and direct input into how the program develops.

Why the numbers differ
Lower membership, higher cost per call
The two plans price the same work differently on purpose, and it’s worth saying why rather than letting you find out on an invoice.
A Priority membership pre-pays far more readiness every month. That recurring commitment is what funds crews being available, so when a Priority member activates, less of the cost has to be recovered in that single visit. A Standard member pays a fifth as much monthly, so a larger share of the real cost lands at the moment of use.
It works like an insurance deductible in reverse: pay more monthly, pay less when you call. If you expect to activate more than occasionally, Priority is the cheaper position — and it’s a faster response besides.
How a bill actually adds up
Labor is billed per worker, per hour. Two cleaners on site for three hours is six labor hours, not three.
On a Standard membership, a weekday activation with two cleaners for three hours: $175 activation + 6 labor hours × $60 = $360 labor. Because $360 is above the $350 minimum, you pay the actual labor — $535 total, plus any supplies used.
If the same job took two hours instead (four labor hours, $240), the $350 minimum would apply instead — $525 total. You pay the greater of actual labor or the minimum, never both.
About those response times
They’re targets, and we say targeted rather than guaranteed on purpose. A response window depends on where the facility is, whether access is available, whether the building is safe to enter, the crew size the work needs, and conditions we don’t control — weather, road closures, regional emergencies.
We would rather set an honest expectation than sell a guarantee we can’t keep at 2 a.m. in a snowstorm. Response targets apply within our primary service zone and within the scope agreed at onboarding.
Getting enrolled
Onboarding is what makes the response fast
The reason we can move quickly later is that the thinking happens now, not during your emergency.
Before your facility is eligible for priority response, we walk it and build a Digital Facility Reserve File: layout and service zones, cleaning requirements, access and alarm procedures, emergency contacts, restricted areas, parking and loading, supply and equipment needs, estimated crew size and duration, and a temporary takeover plan.
That file is why an activation call takes minutes instead of an hour.
$250
Standard facility
One time. Single location, straightforward access, reserve crew of one to two.
$500
Priority facility
One time. Detailed mapping, multiple zones, complex access, reserve crew of two to four.
Custom
Complex or multi-site
Multiple locations, regulated or high-security environments, four or more reserve workers.
Onboarding is waived when you prepay annually and complete enrollment during the founding period.
Temporary Continuity Coverage™
When one visit isn’t enough
Sometimes the problem isn’t a single missed cleaning. A cleaner quits, a contract ends, an employee takes extended leave, or a property changes hands and there’s a gap before the next vendor starts.
Members can activate temporary coverage to keep the building running while the situation is sorted out. It’s scheduled, ongoing service at agreed rates — not an emergency call repeated indefinitely.
- Starting at $60 per labor hour, weekday scheduled
- Higher rates for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum commitment of 20 labor hours per week
- Available in 7, 14, and 30-day terms
- Beyond 30 days we’ll quote a regular cleaning agreement rather than let an emergency rate become a permanent arrangement
Service zones
Measured from our operating base in East Stroudsburg. Response targets apply within the primary zone.
Primary — within 25 miles
No travel surcharge
Secondary — 26 to 40 miles
$75 mobilization surcharge
Extended — 41 to 60 miles
$150 mobilization surcharge
Beyond 60 miles

What Pristine Reserve™ does not cover
Worth stating plainly, because finding out during an emergency helps nobody. These require separate assessment, separate authorization, and in several cases a licensed specialist we’d bring in or refer you to:
- Biohazard and crime-scene cleanup
- Mold remediation
- Hazardous chemicals and sewage contamination
- Fire restoration and major water restoration
- Hoarding cleanup
- Large construction cleanup
- Pest remediation
- Any work requiring licenses or certifications we don’t hold
A membership also isn’t a substitute for an adequate permanent cleaning contract. If your building needs regular service, the honest answer is a regular agreement — and we’ll tell you that rather than sell you a membership.
The terms, before you ask
Initial term
Six months for founding members. Cancel after that with 30 days’ written notice.
Billing
Membership is billed in advance. Activation charges may require card authorization or deposit before dispatch — established during onboarding.
What membership is
Membership fees purchase readiness. They are non-refundable, do not roll over, do not bank labor hours, and remain payable whether or not you activate.
Rate protection
Founding rates hold through your first contract term. Renewal moves to the standard rate then current.
Common questions
Is this just emergency cleaning with a monthly fee attached?
No, and the difference matters. Emergency cleaning is a phone call to a stranger during a crisis, at whatever price and timeline they offer. Pristine Reserve™ is the preparation that makes the response fast: your building already documented, your access already arranged, your rates already agreed.
The membership buys readiness. The activation buys the response. Two separate things, priced separately, both disclosed before you sign anything.
What if I never use it?
Then you paid for a backup plan you didn’t need, the same way insurance works. Membership fees aren’t refundable and don’t bank hours — they hold reserve capacity that we have to actually staff and keep available whether you call or not.
If you’re activating often enough that a membership feels expensive, that’s a signal you need a permanent cleaning contract instead, and we’ll say so.
Can I use this alongside my current cleaning company?
That’s the main use case. Most founding members will have a cleaner already — Pristine Reserve™ is what covers the gap when that cleaner calls off, quits, or misses service. We’re not asking you to switch providers.
Do you guarantee the response time?
No. We publish response targets and we’re honest that they’re targets. A window depends on facility location, available access, whether the building is safe to enter, required crew size, and conditions nobody controls like weather and road closures.
We’d rather commit to something we can keep than sell a guarantee that fails the first time there’s ice on Route 33.
What does an activation actually cost?
An activation fee, plus labor billed per worker per hour, plus supplies, equipment, and travel as used — with a minimum service charge that applies when actual labor comes in below it. You pay the greater of actual labor or the minimum, not both.
A weekday Standard activation with two cleaners for three hours works out to $175 plus six labor hours at $60, so $535 plus supplies. Every one of those numbers is on your rate sheet before you enroll.
Why only six founding facilities?
Because a reserve program is only worth what its reserve can deliver. Selling more memberships than we can staff would mean everyone’s response target becomes fiction the first time two members activate on the same morning.
We’ll expand the program as we add verified reserve capacity, not before.
Find out what your facility would need
The walkthrough is the same one we do for regular cleaning — about thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation. You’ll get a scope, a rate sheet, and an honest read on whether a membership or a regular cleaning contract is the better fit for your building.
